CAITLIN MCKEARNEY

Caitlin McKearney, MSN, RN joined us in April 2022 as one of our two School Nurses. Caitlin has worked as a NICU nurse at Inova Fairfax Hospital, Reston Hospital Center, St. Luke's Hospital in Iowa, and as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse throughout Northern Virginia. After finishing graduate school, she worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in a private pediatric practice in Woodbridge. During COVID, she returned to bedside nursing in the NICU before joining Congressional as a School Nurse. Caitlin loves caring for children of all ages and is based in the Little School Clinic. Outside of work, she enjoys weekends with her family at the lake, cooking, traveling, watching Caps hockey, and spending time with her partner Carl and German Shepherd Arlo.
