Allison joined Congressional School in 2015. After spending her first 3 years as an Assistant Teacher in early childhood, Preschool, and Kindergarten, she transitioned in 2018 to Junior Kindergarten as a Lead Teacher and then to Kindergarten in 2024. Before coming to Congressional, Allison worked in childcare in various jobs and finished her degrees online. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, Paul, her daughters Millie and Mia, and her pup, Jax. She also enjoys being with friends and family, any outdoor adventure, time at the lake, good food, and movie nights!
