Anthony Chang founded Silverline Equities in March 2024 to buy office buildings in well-located mixed-use neighborhoods in Virginia and Washington, DC to enhance them as office buildings.  Anthony brings over two decades of operational expertise with a strong emphasis on repositioning mixed-use spaces.

Commencing his career in New York City at Rockefeller Center with Tishman Speyer, he later joined Hines, overseeing leasing, capex, and operations of trophy office buildings in Manhattan, honing his mixed-use repositioning skills. Returning to the principal side with Washington REIT as head of leasing and asset management, he helped transform a diverse office and retail portfolio across the metro DC area, handling over $2.5 billion in mixed-use asset transactions.  During his tenure at WashREIT, he cofounded the flexible office concept Space+ in 2018 which is now a global platform for Brookfield.

Joining Stream Realty Partners in 2021, Anthony founded their Virginia office as Managing Director where he built a new leasing and marketing team growing total assignments to 7 million square feet across all service lines.  Anthony also maintained direct clients such as Asana, Federal Realty, and WashREIT’s successor Elme Communities.
