Caroline Kane is the Director of Professional Development and Lateral Partner Hiring for WilmerHale, an international law firm with more than 1,000 lawyers located throughout 13 offices in the US, Europe, and Asia. Caroline helps firm management execute on the firm's strategic plan through the recruitment and integration of lateral partners. She also leads the firm's professional development and training team in developing and executing the firm's formal training programs.

Caroline, her husband George, and their three children (classes of '26, '28, and '32) have been members of the Congressional community since 2015. Caroline has served as a room parent, a CSPO divisional coordinator, and the Vice President of the Congressional School Parents Organization.
