GRETCHEN DEVERS

Board of Trustees, Founding Family

Gretchen G. Devers joined the Board in 2006 as a family member. During her tenure on the Board, she has chaired the Committee on Trustees and Camp Committee (no longer active). She has served on the Strategic Planning initiatives, including developing a comprehensive comparison of similar Metro area independent schools to assist the Board and the Head of School to understand our competitive strengths and identify our weaknesses. She has been involved with two Head of School searches and assisted in the development of the Head of School evaluation criteria. In 2005, Gretchen and Bill funded the purchase of the horse tent and temporary stalls to enhance and improve the horse program of the camp. She continues to actively serve the Board as a non-voting member.
