JAMES GREENE

James has over 20 years IT consulting experience in the commercial and government sectors in industries such as healthcare, national defense, energy, nonprofit, and telecommunications. He is a member of the National Society of Black Engineers and the Urban League of Greater Washington.
Outside of his Board responsibilities, James is a Lead Consultant at Excella Consulting, an Agile technology firm helping Washington, DC's leading organizations realize their future through the power of technology. At Excella, he serves as the firm’s Capabilities Lead for Project and Program Management, responsible for directing recruitment, retention, and professional development of IT project managers in the firm.
