Janet came to Congressional in 1984.  She began her career as a Junior Kindergarten Teacher before moving on to Kindergarten. She has been a first teacher to hundreds of young children who’ve begun their education here at Congressional. School. Janet has served as a presenter at the MDAEYC Conference on Multicultural Activities in the Early Childhood Classroom and has been awarded the Malcom E. Devers Award for Outstanding Contribution to our Congressional Camp. Outside of school, she can be found reading, doing Yoga, or enjoying Pinterest.
