RACHEL DUNLAP

Director of Advancement and External Affairs

Rachel joined in Congressional in March 2023 as the Director of Advancement and External Affairs. Rachel has more than 15 years experience in development and engagement. Rachel has a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Consumer Science from Baylor University and a Master's Degree in Nonprofit Management from The New School. Originally from Texas, Rachel relocated to Northern Virginia from California to join the Congressional Community. In her free time, Rachel enjoys rowing, cooking, crafting and being outdoors.
