Tim joined Congressional in 2002 and taught 4th Grade until 2022 when he joined the CTLI team as a Learning Specialist.  Asked about his experience teaching 4th Grade, Tim shares, “By the time they reach 4th Grade, the students have honed many basic academic skills, and their confidence in these skills is evident. We can then apply these skills to endeavors across the curriculum. This is also a year when their critical-thinking skills grow so much. Students begin to see shades of grey in the academic content, compared to more black-and-white thinking in earlier grades.” Outside of school, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and fly fishing.
