A Caring Community

The Congressional community feels like a family... an all-welcoming, multicultural, multi-age family united by sharing, celebrating, and learning from what each member brings—their authentic self.

"We love Congressional School! Our son started in preschool, he is now in 6th grade and he couldn't be happier. It has strong academics and a nurturing and safe environment. The teachers are very knowledgeable, kind, and they give special attention to each student. Congressional School also has a wonderful sense of community, it is a great school to be a part of."

Stock the Faculty Lounge

Congressional parents know how to take care of our teachers and staff! Every month, they donate snacks and stock the faculty lounges with yummy snacks and drinks for the month.

Community Events

As part of its mission to welcome families and build community, our Parent Organization hosts multiple community events per year, including our annual Fall Festival, which brings together up to 1,000 community members, including alumni and grandparents, to celebrate the fall season on our beautiful campus.

Faculty & Student Games

At the end of each athletic season, our 8th-grade students and faculty enjoy a friendly game to round out the season. Students in other grades come out to cheer on their favorite team. Some cheer for the teachers, some for the students, and everyone has a great time!
